We are seeking a motivated IAM Engineer to support our Directory Services and Identity & Access Management operations. The role focuses on maintaining and enhancing authentication services across enterprise platforms, both on-premises and in the cloud.
This position offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects, gain exposure to global-scale identity systems, and grow within a skilled, collaborative team.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing and supporting Active Directory, LDAP, secure LDAP, and SSO technologies.
Help implement multi-factor authentication and passwordless authentication solutions.
Contribute to IAM configuration and operations across on-prem and cloud environments (e.g., Azure AD, AWS IAM).
Work with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams to support IAM processes.
Help maintain service availability and resolve authentication-related incidents.
Document configurations, processes, and technical decisions to support knowledge sharing.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
3–5 years of experience in IT, with exposure to directory services or IAM technologies.
Working knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and SSO platforms.
Familiarity with cloud identity solutions such as Azure AD or AWS IAM is a plus.
Experience implementing or supporting MFA tools is preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Exposure to enterprise-scale IAM systems and infrastructure.
