As Engineering Lead, you’ll work directly with our iOS, Android, and backend engineers (8 people today). You’ll lead by example, make key technical decisions, and work alongside the team to turn vision into reality.
You’ll have full autonomy to shape how we build and grow, working hand in hand with Product. Together with QA and Design, you’ll deliver an app experience that’s fast, smooth, and loved by millions.

What you’ll do:

• Own the delivery of the product vision
• Make key technical calls, balancing innovation and tech debt
• Lead and support your team, encouraging ownership and collaboration
• Establish clear performance objectives and provide guidance to ensure team alignment with business and technical goals
• Continuously improve the way your team work—improving workflows, tools, and ways of building
• Provide technical direction that influences the entire company

• Strong track record building and scaling high-quality consumer apps
• Proven experience leading iOS and Android teams
• Expertise in streaming video, media frameworks, and performance optimization
• Sharp eye for UX and a strong passion in crafting great user experiences
