Introduction
ESD and latchup development engineer to work on Singapore technologies including by not limited to 180nm through 40nm programs developing novel ESD device solutions. Position will include customer interface/support, defining/implementing ESD and latchup test structures, characterizing and modeling ESD devices and producing ESD design guides used to support customers.
Your Job
· ESD device design rule and high current model release for 180~28nm CMOS/BCD technology
· HV (12~85V, 100/200V) ESD device development and characterization in 180~28nm CMOS/BCD technology
· ESD device compact modeling
· ESD reference guide creation
· Customer support for ESD inquiries
· ESD device TCAD simulation
Required Qualifications:
· PhD in Electronic Engineering, Master/Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering
· Good Team player
· Working in Singapore
Preferred Qualifications:
● Python
● C++
● VLSI study and intern experience
