Job Introduction:
Know how on Gearbox systems and Gearset simulation with Kisssys/Masta.
Major Responsibilities:
Buildup of models and parametrization of those
Bearing analysis (Lifetime & static safety)
Shaft analysis (static safety / rupture &lifetime)
Determination of gear misalignments and simulation of contact pattern
Simulation of gear lifetime with consideration of gear misalignments & microgeometry
Determination of gear NVH parameters vs. macro/micro geometry (variant simulation)
Documentation/Visualization of results in Excel/PPT
Skills and competencies:
Know how on Gearbox systems
Knowledge on machine elements (bearings, gears, shafts) and their dimensioning
Damage mechanism & load data
Knowledge about mechanical losses
Know-How about sources of mechanical losses: - How are the losses generated? What influences the losses? and how to reduce losses?
Educational Qualifications:
University degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, physics, or similar domain with a specialization in mechanical or electrical systems.
Work experience:
3-8 years of professional experience working in the relevant field.
Tools knowledge:
Matlab (Basics)
Kisssys and/or SMT Masta Know-How preferrable
