Apply engineering expertise to automotive electronics and mechatronics products: sensor/application development, EOL programming and testing, lab equipment use, calibration, data acquisition and analysis (MATLAB). Coordinate with global teams, support DFM/DFA and proto manufacturing, perform testing/validation, follow APQP and project management practices, and drive continual improvement and safety compliance (Lean, Six Sigma, ISO/IATF standards).

  • Knowledge of Automobile/ Electronics/ Mechatronics/ Hybrid products will be preferred.
  • Experience in Sensor development /application would be added advantage.
  • Knowledge of EOL programming and testing equipment will be preferred.
  • Knowledge of Hybrid & EV architecture, Electrical safety regulations will be an added advantage.

  • Basic Knowledge of APQP, Project Management
  • Basic Knowledge of SAP PLM (optional)
  • Control, Monitor and ensure safety of employees, implement safe working practices and procedures.
  • Continual improvement through implementation of Lean, 5S, Six Sigma and Kaizen and maintain ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.

Experience: 5 to 6 years of experience

Industry Preferred: Automotive/ Manufacturing / Electronics /Sensor/Electrical in OEM or Tier1 suppliers

QualificationB.E / B.Tech (Electronics/Mechatronics)

Knowledge

  • Powertrain, Emission technologies
  • Product Knowledge (Electronics/Electrical – motors , high voltage , sensors , actuators ,PCBA)
  • Hands on experience on the test lab equipment’s, oscilloscopes, multimeter , power supplier
  • Knowledge of EOL programming and testing
  • Customer Handling
  • Time Management, Teamwork & Good Communication Skills

Desirable

  • Knowledge of Quality improvement tools.
  • ISO/TS/OSHAS
  • Follow and practice safety and environmental policies and procedure.
