💰 Compensation:
- Fixed Monthly Salary: $1200
- Performance-Based Variable: Up to an estimated $800 per month (based on measurable targets and KPIs)
- Contract Type: Independent Contractor (2-year renewable)

🔑 What You’ll Do:
- 🌍 Coordinate with customers/clients in Türkiye to manage compliance and anti-piracy campaigns.
- 📊 Analyze and evaluate data from investigations and update CRM systems for reporting.
- 🚀 Develop new leads using external sources and refine customer engagement strategies.
- 📂 Organize documentation to ensure smooth, consistent processes and knowledge-sharing.
- 🧩 Provide ad-hoc analysis to meet evolving business needs.
👀 What We’re Looking For:
- 💼 1+ year experience in sales or Legal (sales exposure; software compliance or piracy experience is a plus!).
- 🧠 Strong desire to learn and grow within a global environment.
- Turkish speaker with proficiency in English for effective communication
- 📊 Comfortable with data management tools, metrics, and Omni-channel communication (calls, emails, video).
- 📈 Basic to intermediate skills in MS Excel or equivalents (Google Sheets, SPSS).
- 🌐 Effective internet skills including search techniques and online lead generation.
- 💬 Strong communication and organizational abilities to prioritize tasks under pressure.
- 🔄 Adaptability to changing campaign priorities and remote teamwork.
