Job Description

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects aimed at enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, goals, and deliverables, in collaboration with stakeholders

• Coordinate and monitor project activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards

• Identify potential risks, issues, and obstacles and develop proactive mitigation strategies

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align project objectives and ensure seamless execution

• Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, vendors, and internal teams, fostering strong relationships and facilitating effective communication

• Monitor project progress, tracking milestones and key performance indicators, and provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management

• Conduct thorough project evaluations, capturing lessons learned and implementing improvements for future initiatives

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to customer engagement, proposing innovative ideas to optimize project outcomes

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on customer engagement or similar field from the pharmaceutical industry

• Proficient English

• Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

• Proficient in project management tools and software

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
