Engagement Project Manager with Spanish
What can you expect?
We are inviting a passionate and highly driven Project Manager from the data driven environment professionals to join our global team, united by a collaborative culture that transcends business units and borders. This role will be managing a portfolio of projects focused on understanding and improving our clients’ employee engagement initiatives.
In this role, you will be managing the implementation of employee-centric initiatives to a wide range of clients within the LATAM Region, serving as a trusted advisor and a point of contact to various levels of management. This will require flexible working schedule e.g., 11-19.
We will count on you to:
Serve as a liaison between the Operations team and consultants, fostering effective communication and collaboration (with flexible working hours adjusted to market and project needs).
Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients and serving as the point of contact for managing and coordinating all aspects of the employee engagement projects.
Oversee end-to-end project management by defining scope, customizing plans, setting timelines, assigning tasks, monitoring schedules and budgets, identifying dependencies and critical paths, preparing status and budget reports, and advising clients on optimal methodological, technical, and operational solutions
Support Team Manager with introduction of changes, improvements, new products onboarding as well as in everyday tasks
Implement and configure employee engagement products using various tools, ensuring alignment with client needs
What you need to have:
Proven experience in project management or coordination, ideally managing multiple projects in employee research or engagement initiatives
Experience working with and interpreting people-related data
Educational background preferably in human sciences with a strong data focus and technical literacy
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to adapt and manage a variety of dynamic tasks effectively
Experience working in multinational and multicultural environments
Proficiency in English and Spanish at B2+ level (oral and written)
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
