Job Description

The Employee Engagement Leader will assist with initiation and management of employee programs, events, strategies, and other activities that align with and support the organization’s core values with a focus on improving culture and employee engagement.
 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist with developing strategies and initiatives to promote and achieve a culture of excellence and employee engagement.

  • Assist with the development and delivery of the organization’s calendar of activities.

  • Assist Employee Engagement Manager in collecting data to support continued employee engagement initiatives.

  • Communicate and consult with employees about the engagement concepts to ensure the organization is showing appreciation and recognition for its employees.

  • Interact and collaborate effectively and positively with individuals of all levels of the organization.

  • Participate in professional growth activities.

  • Assume other duties and special projects as assigned.

  • Customer Service Week activities

  • Employee Appreciation Day

  • Community service, community awareness, sponsorships, and fundraising events and fund collection (if applicable)

  • Site wide communications, promotional materials, upcoming events and activities

  • Social Media

  • Content updates

  • Calendar creation/maintenance

  • Content monitoring

Required Knowledge and Skills

  • Proficiency with Google Office software systems, Canva and the ability to learn new software programs.

  • Excellent oral communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

  • The ability to work and collaborate with employees at all levels and within different offices.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and keep respectful relations.

  • Ability to give and receive feedback appropriately.

  • Ability to inspire and motivate others.

  • Creativity and innovation.

  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

Other Duties: 

  • Social media management, leading events

  • Auditing and reporting skills for all RnRs and rewards/prizes distribution, club management
