Engagement Leader
Marsh is seeking an Engagement Leader to provide advanced research, analysis, client advisory, and project leadership in support of complex risk programs and initiatives. This role is responsible for guiding clients, leading internal and client discussions, and ensuring the quality of proposals, presentations, and project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Apply advanced industry knowledge to design complex research and analysis strategies; direct team members in data collection, documentation, and synthesis to deliver best-in-class guidance to clients.
Act independently to drive the development of large project proposals that expand Marsh’s client base and support growth objectives.
Review, refine, and approve high-complexity presentations, slides, and other client communications to ensure they are accurate, polished, and client-ready.
Guide clients in shaping and adapting complex project approaches, methodologies, and tools to strengthen the success of risk programs and strategic initiatives.
Formulate the strategy for internal and client meetings and lead discussions to advance project objectives and decision-making.
Lead complex and/or unique client projects to deliver exceptional outcomes and a high level of service.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Demonstrated experience in consulting, client leadership, project management, risk advisory, or a related professional services environment.
Strong ability to synthesize research, data, and client input into actionable recommendations and executive-ready materials.
Proven communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Ability to work independently while also directing and developing team members.
