The Buckeye Ranch is seeking an Engagement Coordinator to join our Bonner Academy team! The Engagement Coordinator is responsible for driving a seamless and compassionate client experience while supporting access to behavioral health services at The Buckeye Ranch. This position serves as a central resource for families, referral sources, and staff, ensuring timely communication, efficient intake processes, and accurate documentation from initial contact through discharge. The role manages electronic client records, gathers and maintains financial and insurance information, supports outreach and marketing initiatives, and upholds the highest standards of customer service, professionalism, and operational excellence in alignment with The Buckeye Ranch's Mission and Core Values.

Qualifications

Who you are:

  • You have a high school diploma, or GED.
  • You have two years of relevant administrative experience.
  • You have proven computer skills using Microsoft Office and EHR systems.
  • You have an active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
