Provides clinical and programmatic supervision for Intensive Family Support Program clinicians, ensuring family-centered services, quality outcomes, and business results. Supports fellow supervisors, participates in program development, implements organizational changes, and represents agency management. The role covers Springfield, Dayton, and Cincinnati, requiring travel throughout the Southwest Ohio region.

Coordinates behavioral health service access from initial contact through discharge. Manages family and referral-source communication, intake processes, electronic client records, financial and insurance information, documentation, and customer service. The role also supports outreach and marketing initiatives while maintaining operational accuracy and professionalism.

Provides clinical leadership, supervision, consultation, and support to day treatment teachers, clinicians, and multidisciplinary teams serving youth clients. Delivers direct clinical support as needed, advises residential-services teachers, and liaises with clients’ home school districts. Supervisory duties may expand with new contracts and program needs.
