Estamos em busca de um(a) Engenheiro(a) de Projetos para atuar em nossa unidade de Piracicaba, liderando projetos de desenvolvimento e aplicação de produtos para clientes do setor automotivo.
Esta posição será responsável por conduzir iniciativas multifuncionais desde a concepção até o lançamento de produto, garantindo o cumprimento dos requisitos técnicos, prazos, custos e expectativas dos clientes, sempre alinhados aos objetivos estratégicos do negócio.
Principais responsabilidades
- Liderar projetos de desenvolvimento e lançamento de produtos.
- Coordenar equipes multifuncionais e atuar como principal interface entre clientes e áreas internas.
- Garantir o cumprimento de cronogramas, orçamento e métricas de desempenho dos projetos.
- Conduzir reuniões de acompanhamento com clientes e times globais, reportando status, riscos e oportunidades.
- Assegurar a conformidade dos projetos por meio do atendimento aos requisitos APQP, DV-PVP&R, PPAP, PDLP/Quality Gates e Risk Assessment.
- Elaborar e manter atualizada a documentação de gerenciamento de projetos.
- Avaliar solicitações de mudanças nos projetos, analisando impactos técnicos, financeiros, nos prazos, e de qualidade.
- Desenvolver planos de contingência e liderar ações para resolução de problemas e mitigação de riscos.
- Apoiar iniciativas de novos negócios e processos de cotação quando necessário.
Requisitos
- Formação superior completa em Engenharia Mecânica, Elétrica, Mecatrônica ou áreas correlatas.
- Inglês avançado
- Sólida vivência em gerenciamento de projetos, preferencialmente no segmento automotivo.
- Conhecimento em APQP e desenvolvimento de produtos automotivos.
- Experiência com Program Management.
- Domínio de MS Project e pacote Microsoft Office.
- Familiaridade com ferramentas ágeis de gestão de projetos.
- Habilidades de comunicação, negociação e apresentação.
Diferenciais
- Certificação PMI-PMP.

We are looking for a Senior Project Engineer to join our Piracicaba team, leading product application and development projects for automotive customers.
In this role, you will manage cross-functional initiatives from concept through product launch, ensuring alignment with business goals, technical requirements, project timelines, budgets, and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product development and launch projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and serve as the primary interface between customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure project schedules, budgets, and performance targets are achieved.
- Conduct regular project reviews with customers and global teams, communicating project status, risks, and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with APQP, DV-PVP&R, PPAP, PDLP/Quality Gates, and Risk Assessment requirements.
- Develop, maintain, and manage project documentation and reporting.
- Evaluate engineering change requests by assessing technical, financial, quality, and timing impacts.
- Develop contingency plans and lead problem-solving activities to mitigate project risks.
- Support new business opportunities and quotation activities when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related engineering fields.
- Advanced in English required
- Experience in project management, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of APQP and automotive product development processes.
- Experience in Program Management.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Agile project management tools and practices.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- PMI-PMP Certification.
