Job Requirements
Candidates should have significant experience in energy project development, M&A and project finance transactions involving sponsors, investors, developers, and/or lenders, with a focus on renewable power and energy transition. In addition to transactional experience, candidates should also have experience in familiarity with energy regulatory matters, project real property and permitting requirements, and experience with offtake agreements, interconnection agreements and other commercial.
In addition, candidates should be team-oriented and capable of taking on significant responsibility for drafting primary deal documents (including purchase and sale agreements, investment agreements (including tax equity), financing agreements and joint venture agreements, leading complex diligence, deal management (including managing junior associates and internal specialist teams), client interaction and work product, and be willing to work the hours expected of a fast-paced, busy practice. Admission to one or more state bars is required.

The expected pay range for this position is:
$235,000 to $435,000
Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, health insurance with an optional HSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401K, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program. Additional voluntary programs include: voluntary accident insurance, voluntary life, voluntary disability, voluntary long term care, voluntary critical illness and cancer insurance and pet insurance. Commuter and Transit programs may also be available in certain markets.
