Diriger et développer le portefeuille Énergie en mettant en œuvre des plans commerciaux et en menant une prospection ciblée. Soutenir les équipes de Client Executives, garantir la satisfaction client et répondre aux appels d’offres :

  • Mettre en œuvre le plan de vente.

  • Piloter le réseau des gestionnaires clients.

  • Maintenir le portefeuille et instaurer la confiance avec les assurés.

  • Assurer la croissance et la rentabilité du portefeuille Énergie.

  • Analyser les risques des clients Énergie pour offrir une couverture optimale et mettre à jour les contrats.

  • Définir et suivre les stratégies et tactiques de prospection.

  • Préparer, participer et assurer le suivi des réunions d’équipe et commerciales.
