Job Description
After Sales Engineer responsible for selling Alfa Laval transactional products and services within the assigned area of responsibility and providing direct support to customers.
Responsibilities
• Directly responsible for: Develop spare parts, service, including service contracts, upgrades in assigned territories and or industries.
• Indirectly responsible for: Team collaboration to secure Capital and Partner Sales across the country/ cluster Responsible for “Lead to Order” process for enquiries pertinent to Spare Parts & Services.
• Sales Ownership- Order Intake responsibility for the country/ cluster
• Customer Ownership- Visit customers, Identify and Respond to their needs
• Use installed base map/App to find customers and build customer relationship in the territories
• Increase market share and customer coverage in the territories.
• Closely work with service team, customer Excellence and P&A teams to take good carer of customers
• Key accounts management, new customer & non-buying customer business.
• Responsible for Monthly and quarterly sales forecasts on Order Intake for the country/ cluster.
• Corporate governance. Secure full compliance with Group and local Policies
• Secure that all contractual commitments prior to finalisation are in accordance to group policies, review and approve in accordance to defined authorization procedures and routines.
Qualifications & experience:
Engineering degree with relevant working experience, at least one of which is in Sales. Experience, working in Power Plants and or Mining and or Paper Mills and or Steel industries will be advantageous. Good knowledge of PHE, separator, decanter, is preferred

Skills Required
- Engineering degree with relevant working experience, including at least one year in Sales.
