What can you expect in a “EUC Solutions Architect ” role with TaskUs:
As the End User Computing (EUC) Solutions Architect you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing end-user computing solutions that align with the company's business objectives. This role focuses on enhancing the digital workplace experience by architecting scalable, secure, and efficient end-user computing environments, including Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), endpoint management, cloud-based solutions, and automation. The EUC Solution Architect collaborates with cross-functional teams, ensuring the best technology solutions for a BPO environment with a high volume of users.
Key Responsibilities:
EUC Strategy & Architecture Design
Develop and implement an End User Computing (EUC) strategy aligned with business needs.
Design and architect solutions for desktop virtualization, endpoint management, mobile device management (MDM), and remote access solutions.
Define and optimize enterprise desktop and application delivery solutions, including Microsoft Intune, Citrix, VMware Horizon, and AWS WorkSpaces.
Evaluate and integrate Cloud PC, Desktop as a Service (DaaS), and hybrid workspace solutions.
Infrastructure & Endpoint Management
Design and oversee device lifecycle management, including provisioning, security, compliance, and automation.
Define standards and policies for Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile devices across the organization.
Implement and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Develop automated deployment strategies using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM, Intune) and Group Policy (GPO).
Security & Compliance
Ensure end-user computing solutions comply with industry security and regulatory standards (GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001).
Implement zero-trust security models, endpoint detection and response (EDR), and data loss prevention (DLP).
Develop patch management and vulnerability remediation strategies for all endpoint devices.
Collaboration & Innovation
Work closely with IT, cybersecurity, and operations teams to enhance the digital workplace.
Recommend and implement AI-driven automation, self-service IT tools, and virtual assistants for IT support.
Research and introduce emerging EUC technologies, ensuring scalability and future readiness.
Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement
Act as an escalation point for complex EUC-related issues in a high-demand BPO environment.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and best practices.
Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives for new end-user computing technologies.
Required Qualifications:
- 15 years of overall experience
- 3 to 4 years EUC Architecture experience
- Understand the products: Workspace One/Entra ID/Intune/Tanium/Windows11 OS SME/End User Hardware Products Dell/HP/Lenovo
- Cloud experience is not mandatory
- Expert in ITIL, incident and change management
Education / Certifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
