Position OverviewThe End-to-End Product Data Analyst is responsible for supporting the quality, integrity, and operational readiness of product and article master data across PVH's global technology landscape. As part of the Global SAP-ERP Team, this IT role partners with Product Creation, Merchandising, Planning, Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Technology teams to ensure product and article data is complete, accurate, and ready to support end-to-end business processes.
This role serves as PVH's technical and functional expert for product and article data, including article structures, style-color-size relationships, GTIN management, product hierarchies, and enterprise data flows across SAP, PLM, MDM, PIM, and downstream applications. The role supports global transformation initiatives, validates product data readiness, analyzes complex data issues, and drives continuous improvement to reduce downstream business process failures.
This position is based in Bangalore, India, and partners with global business and IT teams across North America, Europe, and Asia.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct & Article Data Management- Serve as the IT subject matter expert for enterprise product and article master data.
- Analyze and support product data including styles, colors, sizes, SKUs/articles, product hierarchies, attributes, and business associations.
- Ensure product and article data is complete, accurate, and validated before supporting downstream business processes.
- Maintain a deep understanding of PVH's product and article structures, numbering conventions, business rules, and end-to-end data flows.
- Perform detailed analysis of product and article data across SAP, PLM, MDM, PIM, and related enterprise applications.
- Identify missing or incorrect product data before it impacts planning, sourcing, procurement, distribution, retail, wholesale.
- Validate article creation, GTIN assignments, size relationships, and product hierarchy structures.
- Support the identification, validation, and publication of golden product data.
- Support product and article data activities for global ERP projects
- Validate product data mappings, conversions, interfaces, and deployment readiness.
- Support mock conversions, cutover activities, and post-deployment validation.
- Develop and execute end-to-end product data testing scenarios covering multiple business processes and data variations.
- Partner with Product Creation, Merchandising, Planning, Sourcing, Supply Chain, PLM, MDM, PIM, SAP, and Integration teams to resolve product data issues.
- Provide guidance on SAP product and article data requirements, business rules, and downstream system impacts.
- Support global projects by ensuring product data changes are evaluated for their impact across the end-to-end technology landscape.
- Partner with the Enterprise Data Governance team to support enterprise data standards and quality initiatives.
- Analyze recurring product and article data issues and drive root cause resolution.
- Develop documentation, validation procedures, and best practices for enterprise product data.
- Identify opportunities to automate product data validation and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop reporting and metrics to monitor product data quality and readiness across the enterprise.
- 5+ years of experience supporting product or article master data within retail, apparel, fashion, or consumer products.
- Strong experience with SAP product master data and enterprise applications including PLM, MDM, and PIM.
- Deep understanding of apparel product structures including styles, colors, sizes, SKUs/articles, GTINs, attributes, and product hierarchies.
- Experience supporting ERP projects, master data migrations, or global deployment initiatives.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end product data flows from Product Creation through Planning, Sourcing, Distribution, and Sales.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with strong Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across global business and IT teams.
