OVERVIEW:

The Enablement & Copilot Coordinator supports the successful rollout, adoption, and ongoing use of Microsoft Copilot and other productivity technologies. This role works closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, trainers, and employees to coordinate communications, training activities, adoption campaigns, user feedback, and reporting.
The successful candidate is a highly organized and proactive professional who combines technology curiosity, strong communication skills, and change management capabilities to help employees confidently adopt new ways of working.
JOB PURPOSE:
The Enablement & Copilot Coordinator is responsible for coordinating employee enablement activities that drive awareness, adoption, and effective use of Microsoft Copilot and related digital workplace tools.
This role serves as a key liaison between technology teams and end users, ensuring employees have access to training, resources, communications, and support needed to successfully embrace new capabilities. The position focuses on execution, coordination, user engagement, and continuous improvement rather than technical development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
Copilot Adoption & Enablement
- Support enterprise deployment and adoption initiatives for Microsoft Copilot and other AI-enabled productivity tools.
- Coordinate enablement activities that help employees understand and effectively use new capabilities.
- Assist with rollout planning, readiness activities, and adoption campaigns.
- Identify adoption barriers and escalate opportunities for improvement.
- Support business units during onboarding and early adoption phases.
Training & Learning Coordination
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, office hours, and learning events.
- Schedule presenters, manage attendance tracking, and support logistics.
- Maintain learning content, quick-reference guides, FAQs, and user resources.
- Assist with the creation of role-based learning materials and enablement content.
- Promote continuous learning and skills development across the organization.
Communications & User Engagement
- Develop and coordinate communications related to Copilot adoption and digital workplace initiatives.
- Create newsletters, announcements, success stories, and awareness campaigns.
- Support employee communities, collaboration channels, and engagement forums.
- Help showcase practical use cases and adoption success examples.
Adoption Analytics & Reporting
- Track participation, engagement, and adoption metrics.
- Maintain dashboards, reports, and status updates for stakeholders.
- Analyze user feedback and identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Assist leaders in understanding adoption progress and areas requiring additional focus.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Partner with business teams, Digital Technology teams, HR, Communications, and Learning teams.
- Coordinate stakeholder meetings and follow-up activities.
- Maintain project plans, action logs, and implementation schedules.
- Support change management and business readiness activities.
User Feedback & Continuous Improvement
- Gather employee feedback regarding Copilot experiences and enablement programs.
- Help identify recurring issues, questions, and enhancement opportunities.
- Escalate improvement recommendations to appropriate technology teams.
- Contribute to ongoing refinement of adoption programs and learning experiences.
Governance & Responsible Use
- Promote responsible and secure use of AI technologies.
- Support awareness of privacy, security, compliance, and governance requirements.
- Ensure enablement materials align with company policies and standards.

- Increased adoption and usage of Microsoft Copilot and related productivity tools.
- High participation rates in enablement and learning programs.
- Positive employee feedback regarding training and support experiences.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Communications, Learning & Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in technology enablement, learning coordination, change management, digital workplace programs, project coordination, training, communications, or related disciplines.
- Experience supporting organizational technology adoption initiatives preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and Power Platform, is desirable.
- Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, AI tools, or digital transformation initiatives is an asset.

- Occasional flexible hours may be required to support global training sessions and adoption activities.
- Expected to model strong ethical judgment and responsible use of AI technologies.
