What you’ll do:
- Transport sick and/or injured patients to or between appropriate medical facilities and/or residence.
- Actively participate in the safe delivery of patient care and maintain a safe environment for all patients.
- Perform daily vehicle maintenance check and cleaning.
- Replenish medical equipment and supplies.
- Monitor and properly operate all communications equipment to ensure efficient, constant, and appropriate contact with the communications department.
- Respond to all requests for service in an optimal manner and the priority of response as directed by the dispatcher.

What you’ll need for this job:
- Valid IDPH EMT Basic License
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current Illinois State Driver's License
- CPR/BLS - American Heart Association
Pay Range: $16.49 - $24.44 per hour
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
