Context
For a very ambitious agile-at-scale program, leveraging state-of-the-art ways of working & technologies that carries major business stakes, we are looking for a .NET Back-end Senior Developer.
Together with the Products Owners, the Designers, the Tribe Leaders, the QA within a Feature Team organization, the .NET Senior Developer develops and oversees the development of functional .NET applications. You will be directly involved with .NET application coding, system debugging, code reviewing, and the development of operational procedures.
Your ROLE
As .Net Full-Stack Senior Developer, you will:
- Write scalable code for .NET software applications, have a strong cooperation with the tech lead, architects and product owner.
- Review and debug .NET applications using Blazor & Tailwind.
- Write technical specifications.
- Draft software and application operating procedures.
- Deploy functional websites, programs, and applications.
- Manage, train and provide support for junior developers.
- Delegate development tasks to the junior developers, according to their level of knowledge.

Your PROFILE
You could be our next teammate if you have:
- More than 5 years of working experience as a Full Stack Developer with proficiency in the .NET framework (C#, ASP.NET Core)
- Previous experience in building applications using Blazor and familiarity with its components and lifecycle
- Proficiency in front-end technologies including CSS, especially Tailwind CSS for styling would be a plus
- Experience with RESTful API integration and working with databases (e.g., Mongo DB, Postgresql, Entity Framework)
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and agile methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Fluency in both oral and written English (international team)
- Familiarity with Azure, Mass Transit, Docker/Kubernetes (AKS) will be highly appreciated
