- Lead EMS OBD development.
- Own SOR, DFMEA and calibration.
- Lead OBD1/OBD2 calibration and control.
- Lead exhaust after-treatment, intake and EVAP OBD.
- Lead base-model OBD calibration.
- Define and validate OBD components.
- Participate in test-bed, chassis dyno, vehicle, road and environmental testing.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience for Lead Engineer
- 10+ years of experience for Manager
- Strong experience in EMS SW & calibration.
- Hands-on experience with ICE sensors/actuators and lambda sensors.
- Experience in catalyst & GPF calibration/control.
- Experience in base-model calibration.
- Strong knowledge of OBD1 & OBD2 algorithms, OBM and IUPR strategies. Good knowledge of ICE & engine auxiliaries.
Good understanding of homologation and emission regulations.
