Job SummaryWe are seeking a Employer Brand Program Manager to lead our employer branding initiatives across the LATAM region. This role will focus on enhancing Flex’s reputation as an employer of choice, attracting top talent, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Development
Develop and execute a comprehensive employer branding strategy tailored to the LATAM region, aligning with global employer brand initiatives and local market trends.
Create compelling employer branding content, including storytelling, social media posts, videos, and promotional materials that resonate with the LATAM workforce.
Collaborate with the local marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Market Research
Conduct market research to understand candidate motivations, perceptions, and talent competitors in the LATAM region.
Stakeholder Communication
Work closely with HR, recruitment, and leadership teams to integrate employer branding into talent acquisition strategies and employee engagement initiatives.
Events
Organize recruitment events, job fairs, and networking sessions to promote Flex’s employer brand and to attract talent.
Metrics and Reporting
Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on the effectiveness of branding efforts and recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, communications or marketing
Proven ability to create engaging content across various platforms and formats.
Strong English writing skills (short and long form)
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Experience with Canva and Google Analytics, preferred.
