Job DescriptionFor the entire Group, your main responsibilities will be:
Employer Brand
- Deploy and bring the employer brand to life through communication campaigns (social media, digital content, job boards)
- Design and adapt engaging content (employee testimonials, videos, articles, posts…)
- Support the Group's recruitment ambitions through innovative communication initiatives
- Optimize career site and job board content (Glassdoor, LinkedIn…)
- Track the performance of actions carried out
Internal Communication
- Deploy the internal communication plan (editorial calendar, themes, channels)
- Oversee the adaptation of content for the Group's various countries
- Ensure consistency of messaging, tone, and brand identity across all internal media (intranet, newsletters, Viva Engage…)
- Organize the Group's internal events (information meetings, evenings, roadshows…)
- Promote initiatives and commitments related to workplace quality of life (QVCT): work organization, work-life balance, community/citizenship actions
Events
You will also be responsible for designing and coordinating internal events aimed at strengthening employee engagement:
- Organize the Group's key events: conventions, information meetings, roadshows, seminars, employee evenings, management events
- Manage the entire event chain: design, vendor coordination, logistics, hosting, and related communication
- Develop innovative formats that foster exchange, collaboration, and experience sharing
- Measure the impact and satisfaction of the events organized
- Master's degree (Bac+5) from business/communication school, specializing in Communication / Marketing
- Minimum 8 years of experience in internal communication, employer branding, HR communication, or corporate communication
- Experience in an international environment required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders (executives, managers, employees) and a genuine flair for writing
- Cross-functional project management with multiple stakeholders
- Fluent French / English in international professional contexts
- Fluent Spanish
- Rigorous, autonomous, well-organized, with excellent interpersonal skills
Skills Required
- Master's degree from a business or communication school, specializing in Communication or Marketing
- Minimum 8 years of experience in internal communication, employer branding, HR communication, or corporate communication
- Experience working in an international environment
