The Employee Relations team in Paris is tasked with building trust, managing critical dialogue, and ensuring the company operates with complete legal confidence. We are a strategic function embedded at the heart of the business, passionate about protecting Ogury's reputation and operational continuity in one of the world's most complex regulatory environments. With deep expertise in French labor law, your mission will be to transform legal complexity into competitive advantage—ensuring our stakeholder relationships are robust, our practices are bulletproof, and our teams feel heard and valued.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Orchestrate the company's social dialogue administration — manage CSE meetings, union relationships, and local negotiations with a strategic advisor mindset
- Ensure legal compliance across all HR practices; conduct rigorous legal research to secure the company's position and ensure all practices align with French labor law and collective agreements
- Build and prepare mandatory social reports (BDESE, gender equality index, etc.)
- Monitor legal developments and disseminate critical alerts to leadership on changes impacting the business
- Extend compliance expertise beyond borders—benchmark legal obligations in subsidiary locations, conduct international HR reviews, and coordinate with external counsel to ensure consistent standards
- Own the data—manage complex datasets, maintain rigorous trackers, and deliver clear analysis and insights to inform strategic HR decisions
- Expertise in French labor law—you have a Master's degree in Labor Law (Droit Social) or equivalent experience, and a thorough command of the Code du Travail and recent reforms
- Analytical rigor and attention to detail—you manage complex data flawlessly, thrive with trackers and regulatory datasets, and catch what others miss
- A strategic mindset—you see labor relations not as compliance checkboxes but as competitive advantage
- Brings a proactive, ownership mindset; you identify risks before they escalate and take initiative to solve problems
- Passionate about creating a culture where social dialogue is constructive, honest, and builds lasting trust with all stakeholders
- Native French fluency for legal drafting next to fluent English (spoken and written)
Skills Required
- Master's degree in Labor Law (Droit Social) or equivalent experience
- Thorough command of the French Code du Travail and recent labor law reforms
- Native French fluency for legal drafting
