Job Description- Assure proper documentation of 201 files of direct employees
- Coordinate with agencies for 201 matters including clearance
- Accurate maintenance and delivery of the company Notice to Explain tracking and issuance system
- Support and attend and notarize where applicable all arbitration council and committee meetings of the company
- Ensure all probationary contracts are assessed on time and all plantilla is accurate
- Attend the monthly security meeting and deliver minutes to all who attend
- Liaison with unions on 201 matters where guided by senior management and legal advice
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Psychology, HRDM, Management or equivalent
- The candidate must have an excellent grasp of English and be able to write business letters in English quickly and accurately.
- A grasp of Labor law and previous experience in 201 management is essential.
- Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing vital for reporting in HRAD as well as letter composition.
- The candidate must be able to focus heavily on task management, auditing and detail.
