Job Description- Ownership of the 201 file management of Bestank employees
- Coordinate with agencies for Employee Relation matters including clearances
- Accurate maintenance and delivery of the company's Notice to Explain tracking and issuance system
- Support, attend and notarize where applicable all arbitration council and committee meetings of the company
- Ensure all probationary contracts are assessed on time and all plantilla is accurate
- Attend the monthly security meeting and deliver minutes to all who attend
- Liason with unions on ER matters where guided by senior management and legal advice
- HR degree or equivalent
- The candidate must have an excellent grasp of English and capable to write business letters in English quickly and accurately
- Knowledgeable with Labor Law and previous experience in employee discipline and 201 management is essential
- Knowledgegeable with spreadsheets and word processing for creating reports
- The candidate must be able to focus heavily on task management, aduting and detail.
Skills Required
- HR degree or equivalent
- Excellent written and spoken English; able to write business letters quickly and accurately
- Knowledge of Labor Law and experience in employee discipline and 201 management
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and word processing for report creation
- Strong task management, auditing focus, and attention to detail
