Responsibilities:
- Investigates HR related ethics concerns raised through the hotline and other channels, interfacing with the Ethics Office and regional partners and control functions to ensure timely and thorough investigation and appropriate resolution of all issues, including application of the standards outlined in the Global Disciplinary Review policy.
- Participates in a range of regulatory exams and internal audit reviews.
- Responds to workplace concerns on behalf of senior management.
- Works with the Employment Law team in the investigation of and response to agency charges and litigation .
- Partners with internal stakeholders such as Compliance, Citi Security and Investigative Services and Audit on investigations of employee misconduct.
- Assists in the design, development and/or delivery of training initiatives for HR.
- Coaches and consults on the interpretation and application of HR policy and practices in all phases of employment.
- Develops effective and creative policy resource tools for HRs and managers to ensure consistent application and interpretation of policy and practice as well as to improve HR skills.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

The Global Employee Relations Reporting & Analytics Senior Analyst plays a pivotal role within the Global Employee Relations and HR Policy Center of Excellence (CoE). The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise in Power Query and Tableau, supporting automation, strategic planning, and enhanced visibility into operational risks. This role reports to the Head of Reporting & Analytics for Employee Relations.
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-impact data analysis and reporting to inform senior leadership and support strategic, data-driven decision-making.
Track case volumes, aging, and issue trends to enable capacity planning and resourcing decisions.
Build and maintain automated, high-quality reporting solutions using Power Query and Tableau.
Produce accurate operational and qualitative reports covering investigations and disciplinary actions.
Identify trends and insights that drive mitigation strategies and business accountability.
Develop briefing materials for senior stakeholders and the Global Head of Employee Relations, as required.
Collaborate with regional ER Heads and partners on ad hoc analysis, reporting, and project support.
Apply sound judgment when handling sensitive or confidential data related to conduct and policy matters.
Qualifications:
5-8 years of experience related to Employee Relations or related roles to HR
Advanced English level
Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
Ability to write complex queries, optimize performance, and manage large datasets effectively
Experience in data cleaning, data validation, and managing missing or inconsistent data
Knowledge of data transformation processes, including merging datasets, aggregating data, and creating derived variables
Strong understanding of business information needs and how to translate them into reporting, dashboards, and strategic insights
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Power Query, SharePoint, and MS Office/Outlook
Critical thinking skills with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
Highly collaborative with strong organizational skills
Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and high-quality results
Proven decision-making skills, especially in ambiguous or complex situations
