About You

We are looking for a talented and motivated Employee Experience (EX) Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will partner with the Global EX and local HR team to support our EX programs and local Argentina processes regarding the delivery of outstanding employee experience to our local AppDirectors. You will work with HR team members around the world to drive our global and local EX initiatives. You are a team player, are always looking for opportunities to improve the employee engagement, and thrive in an ever changing and fast paced environment.

What you'll do and how you'll have an impact

  • Own, coordinate and execute local Argentina office events and facilities management.

  • Support broader adoption and alignment around global events and initiatives, including social impact and health and wellness focus areas.

  • Contribute to projects and initiatives that impact engagement connected to business outcomes.

  • Lead communications, promotion, and participation on global EX initiatives for Argentina-based employees.

  • Act as a "Culture Ambassador" to build a fun and engaging culture for our employees in partnership with HR & site leadership.

  • Plans and executes all region-wide team-building, local and global town hall setups, seasonal events, etc.

  • Regularly evaluates EX best practices and initiatives, and adjusts as the needs of business and employee engagement change, while managing to budget.

  • Partner with other HR functions as needed for ad-hoc projects, which could include HR Operations, Recruiting and L&D.

  • Manage all local Argentinian vendor relationships, including building/facilities, catering/local events, and swag items.

  • Partner closely with our outsourced accounting vendor to ensure accuracy, consistency and processing on all services and invoices.

What we're looking for

  • Graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication, Public Relations, Psychology or related fields.

  • Previous work experience managing an office and/or facilities experience

  • Strong command of verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Willingness and flexibility to work with a global team across different time zones.

  • Attention to detail, and excellent organization and time management skills.

  • Experience with tools like Google Workspace and Confluence preferred

  • Availability to work onsite in our office located in Belgrano
