Position Summary 

The Employee Experience Specialist supports CSL's Global Performance & Reward Cycle and Recognition program by enhancing the employee and leader experience through improved resources, knowledge content, program support, and continuous improvement initiatives during a 12-month parental leave cover. 

The role will focus on enhancing how employees and leaders access and engage with HR programs by delivering practical solutions, user-friendly content, and effective support materials. 

The successful candidate will be proactive, organised, and comfortable working independently, with strong writing, content design, and stakeholder management skills. They will build effective relationships across the business, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to initiatives that enhance the overall employee and leader experience. 

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to combine HR program support, stakeholder engagement, content creation, continuous improvement, and project work. 

 

Key Accountabilities 

  • Support the delivery and coordination of CSL's Global Performance & Reward Cycle and Recognition program

  • Enhance the employee and leader experience by creating, redesigning, and maintaining engaging resources, including guides, knowledge articles, presentations, and supporting materials

  • Review, edit, and redesign content to improve clarity, usability, and the overall employee and leader experience

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that simplify employee and leader interactions with HR programs, improve documentation, and enhance overall program effectiveness

  • Develop a strong understanding of CSL's global Service Anniversary program and explore opportunities to better integrate it with the broader Global Recognition program

  • Partner with HR stakeholders to understand employee and leader needs, support enquiries, and provide guidance on established program processes

  • Analyse program feedback and available data to identify trends and improvement opportunities

  • Support project activities and other initiatives across the Global Performance & Recognition portfolio as required

Experience & Qualifications 

  • Experience designing employee-facing content, digital resources, or user-friendly materials that improve the customer or employee experience

  • Experience working within Human Resources, People & Culture, Employee Experience, Learning, or a related discipline

  • Strong written communication skills with experience creating, editing, and improving employee-facing content

  • Experience developing presentations, guides, knowledge articles, training materials, or similar resources

  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to translate complex information into clear and engaging content

  • A collaborative, adaptable and future focused approach, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

  • Excellent stakeholder management engagement and influencing skills with demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with diverse teams

  • Exposure to Performance Management, Employee Recognition, Reward, or HR programs is desirable

  • Experience with content design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar is advantageous.
