In this pivotal role, you will lead epic initiatives to enhance the journey of every pack member, from their first day to every memorable milestone. Whether it’s welcoming new heroes into our fold, organizing legendary events, providing recognition, or crafting moments that connect our team to Overwolf’s brand, values, and culture - you’ll be at the heart of building an inspiring, unforgettable workplace.
On the operational side, you’ll wield your organizational powers to keep our office running like magical clockwork. Overseeing daily operations, you’ll manage orders, supplies, vendor alliances, invoicing, and expense reports, ensuring our space is as efficient and seamless as it is enchanting.
If you’re a master of organization, a natural multitasker, a people person at heart, and a creative problem-solver, you have a place in our pack!
- 2+ years of experience in operations roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
- Proven experience managing budgets.
- Hands-on experience in overseeing all day-to-day office operations.
- Proactive and responsible, with a can-do attitude and a knack for problem-solving.
- Exceptional organizational skills, detail-oriented, with the ability to balance immediate and long-term priorities.
- Relevant academic degree.
