We are seeking a self-starting individual with great organizational skills and critical thinking that will play a pivotal role managing a combination of events, documents and processes to help continue to build a world class employee experience. You will have a hand in various HR projects and responsibilities including researching innovative benefits & perks, professional development opportunities, coordinating company-wide events and more! To thrive in this role, you must excel at juggling multiple tasks and thoroughly enjoy meeting new people. THE TEAM:

Our Clari + SalesLoft People Experience team is a small but mighty team comprised of seasoned and up-and-coming HR professionals who are all aligned on one vision and mission:

 THE SKILL SET: 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ years of professional experience 
  • Previous experience managing programs and schedules 
  • Experience with Excel and/ or G-Suite 
  • Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-demand environment while demonstrating professionalism and good judgment
  • Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Fantastic interpersonal communication skills and experience interfacing with all levels of an organization
  • High level of empathy - it’s important for all members of our people team to provide the best and most accommodating experience possible for our lofters. Employees are our customers!
  • A passion for teamwork and positively contributing to the success and reputation of SalesLoft
  • Collaborative mentality by prioritizing ‘we’ and not focusing on ‘me’
  • Superb listening skills and translation into solutions

It is Clari + Salesloft’s intent to pay all Lofters competitive wages and salaries that are motivational, fair and equitable.  The goal of Clari + Salesloft’s compensation program is to be transparent, attract potential employees, meet the needs of all current employees and encourage employees to stay with our organization.  

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.

The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans. 

Base Pay Range
$196,000$336,000 MXN
