This position is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement, facilitate effective employee communication, and manage HR operational risks within the organization.

Job description (heading) / Description du poste (titre)

- Employee Engagement

  • developing and executing companywide employee engagement strategy

  • collaborating with Human Resources (HR) business partners and business leaders to identify and address employee engagement challenges

  • analyzing employee engagement data, including survey results, to identify areas for improvement and implement targeted interventions and facilitating action plan post employee engagement survey with respective business leaders

  • delivering organization development and talent initiatives

  • providing administrative support to the Organization Development and Talent team

- Employee Communication

  • developing and maintaining effective internal communication channels, such as newsletters, intranet, and town hall meetings

  • ensuring timely and transparent communication of valuable information, policies, and changes to employees

  • collaborating with business leaders to enhance cross-functional communication

  • designing various effective communication form such as email, electronic flyer and video

- HR Operational Risk Management

  • identifying and assess potential operational risks that may impact employee engagement and productivity

  • developing and implement risk mitigation strategies in HR area

  • collaborating with the risk management team to ensure alignment with the organization's overall risk management framework
