In this role, you’ll be at the heart of fostering team spirit by supporting the planning, execution, and communication of a wide range of engagement initiatives — both virtual and onsite.

What you will do Employee Engagement Assistant
Boost PerCS Partners
  • Identify and reach out to potential merchants and brands to expand the PerCS discount network.
  • Prepare proposals, follow up on leads, secure agreements, and promote new partners via ClearSource platforms.
  • Maintain a tracker of outreach activities and conversion rates.
Onboarding Employee Experience
  • Support creation of a memorable first-day experience through welcome kits, office tours, and onboarding materials.
  • Coordinate with HR and Training for graduation events and milestone celebrations like regularization.
Graduation Ceremony Organization
  • Plan and execute graduation ceremonies for agent training, handling event flow, logistics, giveaways, certificates, and multimedia presentations.
  • Collaborate with Training and Operations for a meaningful send-off.
Content Creation & Editorial Projects
  • Lead creation of internal communications including:
    • Weekly Bulletins (fun & informative updates)
    • Monthly Engagement Calendars
    • Quarterly Newsletters (featuring employee stories & highlights)
  • Ensure materials are well-designed, engaging, and on-brand.
ClearSource Cares Advocacy
  • Assist in CSR initiatives and donation drives, including logistics coordination and internal promotions.
  • Support campaigns like typhoon relief and community outreach.
ClubS & EE Global Council Supervision
  • Monitor ClubS (employee interest clubs) and support the EE Council in launching initiatives.
  • Gather monthly reports from site reps and ensure alignment with global engagement standards.
Creative, Communications & EE Platforms Liaison
  • Serve as a go-to for design and content needs: visuals, captions, emailers, and presentations.
  • Maintain a template library and update intranet or MS Teams with engagement content.
Event Planning & Execution
  • Organize virtual and onsite events, team buildings, and corporate gatherings.
  • Coordinate logistics (venue, catering, materials) and host or facilitate events.
  • Ensure timely and goal-aligned program delivery.
Content Creation & Communication
  • Design materials such as posters, social media graphics, infographics.
  • Video editing for internal comms is a plus.
  • Draft email announcements, invitations, newsletters, and manage platform content.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building
  • Support recognition programs, feedback initiatives, and employee participation.
  • Track engagement metrics to assess program effectiveness.
Administrative & Support Tasks
  • Maintain event calendars and track deliverables.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and budget updates.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related fields.
  • Strong graphic design skills (non-negotiable) tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Video editing and event hosting skills are a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for employee engagement.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
  • Experience in event planning, corporate comms, or BPO/HR-related projects preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Experience in employee recognition or well-being programs is an advantage.
