Job Description:
This position is responsible for providing a full continuum of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services to employees, family members, leaders and teams. This is a mid-level clinical EAP position assuming more responsibility and complexity in work performed than the EAP Counselor position.Essential Functions
- Brief solution-focused therapy and support to individuals, couples and families
- Provide management consultations and support to leaders and teams
- Client notes and case management according to EAP/HIPAA standards
- Crisis intervention, including adverse event debriefs, urgent calls and follow up
- Comfortable training and presenting both in person and virtually
- Proficient in computer and technical skills

Qualifications
- Masters degree in Counseling or Social Work or Marriage & Family therapy. From an accredited institution.
- Licensed in the appropriate mental health field

- Frequent interactions with clients, leaders and team members that require employee to verbally communicate, as well as hear and understand spoken information, needs, and issues quickly and accurately, particularly during emergency situations.
- Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate equipment with precision and accuracy. This includes frequent computer use and typing for documenting patient care and accessing needed information.
- May be expected to stand or walk for an extended period of time.
