What You Will Do
- The Engineering Program comprises six assignments over two years, focusing on key technical areas such as Installation and Service Operations and Technical Sales (Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, and Front Line Sales).
Skills You Will Develop
Installation and Service Operations:
- Technical Skills: Grasping engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Problem-Solving: Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Equipment Installation: Setting up and calibrating systems.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Sustainability Engineering, or related fields.
- Must be a UAE national with a family book.
- Passion for pursuing an engineering-based career.
- Adaptability to work with a diverse team.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Previous internship experience in related fields would be a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
