Meet the Team

You will be part of the India Entry-Level Talent Recruiting (ETR) team at Cisco. In your role you will work with ETR team, Join & Connect (Talent Acquisition team), P&C (Human Resources team) and business leaders.

Your Impact

You will drive strategic talent sourcing and pipelining initiatives in partnership with ETR Leads, Recruiters, hiring leaders, and cross-functional teams, translating evolving business needs and emerging talent demands into actionable recruitment strategies. You will develop and execute scalable, cost-effective sourcing and channel strategies, identify and cultivate new talent channels, and design high-impact external engagement programs to attract rising and transformative talent.

Key Responsibilites:

  • Ensure exceptional candidate and hiring leader experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle while adhering to compliance protocols and maintain integrity of recruitment processes.

  • Deepen knowledge of Cisco’s recruiting policies, processes, and employee value proposition and upholding strict confidentiality in handling candidate and organizational data.

  • Collaborate across teams to enhance operational efficiency and process excellence.

  • Design and implement high-impact programs to engage and attract external emerging talent.

  • Coach junior members on team, have the ability to influence in a matrixed environment.

  • Help implementing external engagement programs and evaluate return on investment on channel partnerships.

  • Provide regular insights on market trends, channel performance, and competitive intelligence.

Minimum Qualification
  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant or allied specialization.

  • Shown expertise in Talent Acquisition with a focus on high-volume, early-in-career, and tech hiring.

  • Strong background in both in-house and agency recruitment models.

  • Skilled in market mapping and quality pipeline development for niche tech roles.

  • Proficient in data-driven recruitment operations, reporting, and analytics.

  • Proficient with ATS platforms, email tools, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Report and analyse data for enhanced delivery and strategy 

  • Deep understanding of tech talent landscape and sourcing channels.

  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across dynamic, cross-functional teams.

  • Capable of building and sustaining channel relationships to support recruitment goals.

  • Willing to travel for campus engagement and key hiring events.

  • Ability to navigate and use AI tools for faster recruitment delivery 

Preferred Qualification

Expertise in Early in Career, University and Apprentice Hiring

Excellent communication, articulation and strategic-planning skills, while being self-motivated with a focus on execution and Innovative / Creative, loves to challenge the status quo.
