About this opportunity:
We are seeking an Emergency Recovery Architect to join our Global Emergency Handling (GEH) team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring effective fault isolation and rapid service restoration during multi-domain network and product outage situations. You will lead the technical management of emergency and business-critical incidents, perform end-to-end network troubleshooting, and drive collaboration across all engaged teams to ensure a coordinated and efficient investigation, recovery, and resolution process.
What you will do:
Emergency handling support for critical customer emergency.
Technical leadership during network outages.
End-to-end fault isolation across multi-domain and multi-vendor solutions.
Recovery strategy definition and execution.
Multidomain troubleshooting and investigation.
Data-driven analysis using logs, traces, alarms, and observability tools.
Technical recommendations and recovery plans.
Task Force and BCs technical support.
Emergency status updates and periodic reports.
Executive management updates during major outages.
Customer communication support during emergency events.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA) support & Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Lead Emergency Review Boards (ERB) discussions.
Technical presentation for ERC and other support organizations.
Knowledge management updates.
Recovery playbooks and troubleshooting frameworks.
Support/Participate in deployment of solutions for the assigned Projects/Assignments
The skills you bring:
Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
10+ years of experience in customer support/troubleshooting in Telecom network of a vendor and/or a service provider
At least 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect /Solution Integrator in Telecom Domain mainly in technologies (CNIS, CCD, 5GC, IMS etc.)
Effective Communication Skills and Problem-Solving Skills
Extensive knowledge and experience in multiple domains such as 5G Core, EPC, IMS, CNIS, CCD portfolio products and product roadmaps.
Excellent Presentation, Interpersonal skills & Customer Handling Skills
Customer Centric Skills (Culture)/Strategic/Creative/Innovative thinking.
Candidate should be flexible working in the shifts 24*7.
Effective Leadership skills.
