The Role

Job Description
As a Solutions Architect , you will play a strategic role in driving revenue growth by partnering with the Sales organisation to deliver impactful, value-driven technical presentations, technical expertise, and consultative guidance to prospects. You'll serve as a trusted advisor , bridging the gap between customer needs, HiBob's solutions, and product and integration innovation.
Your role will be instrumental in solutioning technical blockers, enabling sales teams, and working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Partnerships to ensure seamless integrations and a best-in-class customer experience.
This role is perfect for an experienced, motivated, and self-driven pre-sales professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
Job Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, or sales engineering role within a SaaS company.
  • Proven ability to partner with Sales to drive revenue and solve technical challenges in enterprise sales cycles.
  • Strong technical expertise in APIs, Webhooks, SSO, Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure), and Identity Providers (Okta, LDAP, AD).
  • Familiarity with HR, Payroll, and Recruitment systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, Paylocity, Greenhouse).
  • Ability to diagram complex solutions using Figma, or similar tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills , with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working in complex IT environments and managing stakeholder expectations.
    Strong time management, project management, and prioritization skills.


Bonus: Experience in HR technology or HCM platforms, and/or a background in software development, scripting, or technical consulting.
