Job DescriptionAs the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for the EMEA market, you will partner with business leaders and HR teams to deliver recruitment across the region. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will manage the full end-to-end hiring process. You will lead projects in collaboration with other Talent Acquisition colleagues to strengthen and improve our impact across the market.
Fluency in German and English is critical for this role.
What you will do:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy for the EMEA market to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Focus on reducing time-to-fill metrics while maintaining high-quality hires.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their team's needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Build relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and be a brand ambassador for our organization
- Lead recruitment process improvement projects.
- Implement best practices and refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency.
- Manage DE&I activities within the recruitment process to guarantee a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Provide market insights and talent intelligence to hiring leaders, aiding in strategic decision-making.
- Be a trusted Talent Acquisition Partner and advisor, offering expert guidance on recruitment trends, challenges, and opportunities.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in recruitment within the product development or technology sector.
- Fluency in German and English - both written and verbal.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing candidates to the interview and hiring process.
- Experience with recruitment data insights.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
