As part of the EMEA Leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving growth by leading teams responsible to dedicated technology segments. What you'll be doing:

  • Driving segment sales team in EMEA to support sales across selected products

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies in collaboration with wider organisation.

  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to determine the best approaches for market penetration and expansion.

  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with key collaborators and clients.

  • Analyzing market trends and providing insights that drive strategic decisions.

  • Reporting on sales performance and providing actionable recommendations for improvement.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related area, or comparable experience.

  • Proven track record of at least 18+ years in sales roles, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or management position.

  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Experience in the technology sector, particularly within AI, networking, or similar segments.
