Job Description

This role is responsible for the planning, execution and governance of Repair Services for the EMEA region. This role provides the leadership for the management of repair operations, encompassing people and processes of third party and in-house solutions. This role is required to develop and implement strategies that deliver high quality, timely and cost effective repair services that enable business growth and maintain customer's experience at the highest level.

This role is also required to build strong and effective relationships with the services organization and third party services suppliers. Building close partnerships and communication protocols with our regional customer service teams is also a vital success factor.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of the repair services operations in the EMEA region.

  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of repair services and reverse logistics processes.

  • Manage teams in EMEA, providing leadership, guidance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize repair processes, enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround times.

  • Ensure engagement with multiple stakeholders to support all touchpoints in the repair process

  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers, vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless repair services operations.


Basic Requirements

  • Candidate must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in repair operations or supply chain operations and third-party vendor management.
  • Strong operational orientation with cross functional team management experience
  • Proven management experience of third party providers and in-house managed solutions.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage relationships with third-party service provider
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making, and influencing results.
  • Strong communication, presentation and writing skills to all levels within the organization.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
