We are currently looking for a new member in the EMEA customer offering - pricing team, as an EMEA pricing & revenue management specialist.
About the role
The role will focus on providing insights and strategic support through:
- Preparing analyses and recommendations for top management to guide decision-making on sales, pricing, and portfolio strategies.
- Collaborating closely with countries and internal stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, and Retail Excellence teams, to align on and execute the commercial strategy.
- Monitoring Sales and Revenue performance trends, leveraging data visualization and analysis tools such as Python, DataIku, SQL, PowerBI, and Tableau to ensure a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics.
- Tracking and analyzing Average Selling Price, Discounts, and margins, supporting countries’ Customer Offering teams in identifying issues, opportunities for improvement, and proposing actions to achieve targets.
- Contributing to the monthly financial forecasting process, particularly in areas of Average Selling Price and product mix.
- Conducting competition monitoring to ensure a competitive product and pricing strategy.
- Continuously optimizing the product and service portfolio to meet market demands and company objectives.
- Maintaining and improving dashboards and KPI monitoring systems to provide accurate and actionable insights.
- Create new dashboards to drive business decisions
What you'll need
- 2+ years of experience in pricing and revenue management (or similar like Revenue Growth, Trade Marketing) in global companies
- Master's degree in Economics, Engineering Management, Mathematics/Statistics (or other studies with significant numerical and analytical components)
- Strong Data driven approach to decision making and complex problem solving, combined with business sense and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong proactivity and leadership
- High proficiency in Excel and Power Point
- High proficiency in SQL and Data Visualization Tools (PBI and Tableau) in order to create and maintain dashboards
- Intermediate knowledge of Python (nice to have)
- Good knowledge of English (at least B2 level is required)
Location: HQ Milan, Italy (Hybrid - allowing employees to work 6 days per month remotely)
Compensation & Benefits
Applicable Collective Agreement: CCNL Commercio (Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi)
Contractual Level: Employee 2 level
Contract Type: Permanent – Full Time
The reference Gross Annual Salary is approximately in the range of €35.000 - €48.000. The actual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and specific skills and knowledge and also to the educational background.
The position is also eligible for an annual Company bonus (‘premio di risultato’) linked to business performance, in line with Company policies.
