This is a hybrid role where you'll spend 3 days per week working from our office in Bonn, Germany.
What you'll do:
At the heart of the role, you'll be supporting our brilliant EMEA marketing team to achieve our goals. Working across three markets, the list of tasks that you'll be involved with is hugely varied and will give you the opportunity to learn on the job. You'll also be part of, and learn from, our experienced EMEA marketing team.
There's no such thing as 'a normal day', but during your first year, you're likely to get involved with helping deliver our marketing strategy, planning and managing social media calendars, liaising with influencers and partners, and assisting on events and media initiatives. You'd also be helping on smaller tasks, like making sure the products arrive with a partner on time or answering emails.
The role will incorporate some office management duties, where you'll be responsible for keeping our little Bonn office sharp and organised. This will include things like sorting the mail, processing invoices, managing cleaners and contractors, setting up social events and becoming our coffee machine wizard!
Overall, we're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team and get stuck in. The role can be as big and fun as you want to make it!
What you'll need to succeed:

  • Have a core knowledge, understanding of and interest in marketing and social media
  • Intercultural interest and understanding - you will be assisting a team spread over multiple countries
  • Be an organisation master that can help us keep things running smoothly
  • Have great interpersonal skills - you'll be dealing with a lot of people and should feel comfortable and confident in communication and relationship-building
  • Have a "get your hands dirty" approach - willing to roll up your sleeves and get into projects both large and small to help the brand
  • Be willing and able to turn hands to anything, whether it's admin duties, moving furniture or cooking pizza
  • Fluency in English and German is a necessity, as you will be working with a global team primarily based in the UK and USA
  • A interest in food and learning about food - we think, talk and make food all the time....especially pizza!


You'll get bonus points if:

  • We also have a team and suppliers in France, Finland, Sweden and Spain, so the more languages you know the better! Fluency in French language is a major bonus and fluency in Italian, Danish, Norwegian or Swedish will score you mega marks
  • Have a cute dog - just kidding....kind of. We are very much a dog-friendly office and have some regular furry teammates come into the office

Right now, we sell our pizza ovens all over the world. Hot and fast is how you cook truly great pizza, and- all of our models get hot as hell (that’s 932°F/500°C last time we checked) and cook incredible pizza in only 60 seconds. Before Ooni, if you wanted pizza that good, you had to go to a restaurant or spend thousands on a traditional pizza oven. Not anymore, friends.

Our team works on a hybrid schedule, typically working from the office Tuesdays and Wednesdays; however, we are flexible.
