We're currently looking for an IT Operations Technical Lead to join our EMEA IT team on a 6-month maternity cover contract.
What You Will Do
As the IT Operations Technical Lead, you'll play a key role in ensuring the stability and performance of critical ERP and enterprise applications across EMEA. Acting as the link between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners, you'll drive operational excellence, service quality, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include:
Leading application operations and service delivery across EMEA
Managing incidents, problems, and change activities
Partnering with vendors to ensure SLA performance and service quality
Driving governance, reporting, and operational improvements
Building strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders
Identifying opportunities to optimize processes and application performance
What We Look For
5+ years' experience in IT Operations, Application Support, or a similar technical leadership role
Strong understanding of enterprise applications and IT service management (ITSM)
Experience working with managed service providers and external vendors
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or related field
