Why This Role Matters

The EMEA HR Services Senior Manager is responsible for shaping the regional HRS approach and ensuring high‑quality, end‑to‑end service delivery for more than 20,000 employees across multiple countries. The role provides regional oversight for HRS operations, supports process consistency and improvement, and coordinates a multi‑country team to deliver reliable, compliant, and efficient HR services.

  • Experience delivering consistent, high‑quality HR service outcomes across a broad regional landscape, with a focus on improvement, clarity, and customer experience.

  • Comfort working in a matrixed environment, supporting and guiding geographically dispersed teams through influence, partnership, and shared objectives.

  • A clear and inclusive communicator who builds trust across cultures and works effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior HR and business partners.

  • A person who values team development and collaboration, and who supports others’ growth while fostering an inclusive, high‑performing environment.

  • Someone who is adaptable in times of change, able to navigate ambiguity with steadiness, resilience, and organizational awareness.

  • Strong comfort with HR technology and data, ideally including Workday and Excel, and openness to traveling 15–20% across EMEA.

*Note: We welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. Even if you don’t meet every listed qualification, we encourage you to apply.*
