For one of our brands – Dematic, we are currently looking for a Senior Manager with expertise in HR Operations and Payroll to lead the EMEA HR Operations and Payroll CoE. Reporting to the Global Director of HR EMEA business, this position will oversee payroll for the EMEA region, optimize and manage personnel administration and ensure data integrity and compliance across the employee lifecycle.

Your Responsibility:
Ensure payroll running in each country has the necessary technology, processes, policies and administrative support needed to run compliant and reliable payroll for diverse employee groups, including shadow payroll for immigration compliance.
Liase with Accounting and Finance departments as needed.
Serve as the escalation point for complex operational or payroll issues.
Remain updated on payroll legislation and update internal processes to remain compliant.
Policy administration: Ensure policies in each country have appropriate version control and governance, are properly distributed and maintained.
Centralized documentation: Ensure benefits and associated documentation from each country are properly documented, visible and maintained.
Lead key initiatives such as: EUPTD, electronic-document management implementations, audit response, and automation of tasks using AI or other technology.
Employee documentation: Lead the implementation of electronic-document management system and ensure compliant, effective maintenance of employee files.
Focus on standardizing and where relevant, centralizing core processes that enable the employee lifecycle and personnel administration.
Ensure social, regulatory, fiscal requirements are in place and managed across assigned scope.
Oversee personnel administration, ensuring employee data integrity, contract management and adherence to all regulatory requirements.
Partner with other leaders in the COEs to optimize processes, improve data integrity, ensure compliance and improve end-user experience.
Your Skills and Expertise:
Professional experience in international payroll, with expertise in multiple EU countries.
HR Expertise: Deep knowledge of payroll, immigration, and HR systems, with the ability to navigate complex HR landscapes.
Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent experience
Display effective communication skills to work in a matrixed, multi-national environment
Strong attend to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in the documentation and administration of HR processes.
In-depth understanding of payroll, wage tax, tax filings, mobility payroll, personnel administration compliance and HR technology.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) required
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Workday or relevant system, form automation and payroll integrations.
Experience leading multi-national teams within the HR Operations and payroll functions.
Expertise in managing end-to-end payroll, personnel administration, operations to enable compliance, data integrity and improved end-user experience.
