SUMMARY
The Ecommerce Operations Coordinator will be working inside of the Digital Commerce team for EMEA involved in the online purchase experience on our 14 European websites, more precisely in the eCommerce Operations team. You will be improving the after sales experience, the payment gateway performance and management, Ecom logistics and the rider post purchase satisfaction, as well as helping countries roll-out improvements and projects along with Specialized Global.
You’ll be part of a multi-faceted Ecommerce team, overseeing the workflow, and multiple connection points to the rider.
RESPONSABILITIES:
· Work closely with Logistics team and 3PLs to improve the delivery and return processes and monitor the performance regarding ecommerce orders.
· Be the first contact person for local rider care teams for immediate support for ecommerce orders, while also helping them with platform management such as Narvar and Salesforce.
· Manage the special sales programs (pro program, employee program…).
· Manage the open orders and work with finance to do the reconciliation.
· Refund or approve payments manually for markets when needed.
· Support markets in their day-to-day business and operations related to Ecommerce.
· Support markets in their promotional efforts, by creating coupons, promo rules and adjustments to delivery modes.
· Work with Operations to ensure a good and steady picking and delivery process during promotional campaigns and ensuring efficiency to the B2C process.
· Collaborates with the Customer Service Representative to provide delivery information to improve the post-sale experience.
· Participate in Monthly Business Review meetings with 3PLs, Payment Processors and internal Stakeholders to ensure a correct execution of our roadmap and ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years of work experience with ecommerce operation, logistic, consumer service
- Service oriented and hands-on approach
- Acute attention to detail in all aspects of responsibilities.
- Strong and proven analytical skills.
- Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
- Service oriented and hands-on approach.
- Experience with a website back-end platform (Hybris is preferred) and with an ERP (Oracle).
- Advanced oral and written communication skills (English required, any other European language is a plus).
- Experience on project management and business development
- Knowledge and understanding of ecommerce operations and logistics.
- Good communication with stakeholders at different levels
