Canon EMEA is looking for an Order Management Coordinator - Polish and/or German speaking to support our Customer Fulfillment Department.
ResponsibilitiesYour main tasks will be to:
- Manage orders, queries and claims from order entry through to delivery shipment of product to customer respecting Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Support multi-location customers with multiple services at each location.
- Interface with various levels of sales, operations and other functional groups to ensure order flows appropriately.
- Monitor order related compliance of the delivery dates and quantities to initiate proactive measures for optimizing delivery reliability in good time and to be always capable to provide [order] information.
- Meet scorecard productivity/quality metrics.
- Work closely with Canon National Sales Organizations (NSO), Business Units and Service Excellence Teams to ensure best practice sharing.
- Highlight and develop on areas for potential improvement. Deliver insights and challenge all aspects of Customer Fulfilment to identify and capture efficiency and process improvement opportunities.
- Communicate business requirements with all stakeholders effectively.
We are looking for someone with these skills and experience:
- Languages: Fluent in English, Polish and/ or German preferred; proficiency in another European language is considered an asset.
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
- Education: min MBO level
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong business acumen and business understanding
