We are seeking an experienced Compensation professional with deep expertise in the EMEA region and a proven track record supporting compensation programs within a large multinational organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with Collective Labor Agreements (CLAs), Works Councils, and regional labor relations processes, combined with advanced compensation knowledge and analytical skills.
This individual will serve as a trusted compensation advisor to EMEA HR and business leaders, leading initiatives related to pay equity, pay transparency, market pricing, salary structure management, and regulatory compliance. The role requires confidence in providing strategic compensation guidance, conducting complex analyses, and supporting consultation and negotiation processes across multiple European countries.
The successful candidate will be both technically strong and highly collaborative, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and work effectively with diverse personalities across HR, Legal, employee representatives, and business leadership.

Responsibilities- Leading country-level pay equity analyses and supporting remediation efforts.
- Managing pay transparency requests and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Supporting Works Council consultations and compensation-related labor relations activities.
- Maintaining CLA compensation provisions and supporting collective bargaining negotiations.
- Conducting market pricing, benchmarking, and salary structure analyses across EMEA.
- Serving as the primary compensation consultant for EMEA HR teams on promotions, offers, retention actions, and organizational changes.
- Delivering compensation training and guidance to regional stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities
Pay Equity & Transparency
Conduct country-level pay equity analyses.
Support remediation recommendations and implementation.
Manage employee and manager pay transparency requests.
Partner with Legal and HR on compliance requirements.
Works Council & Labor Relations
Support compensation-related works council consultations.
Develop compensation impact assessments.
Participate in remediation discussions and implementation planning.
CLA Support
Create/maintain CLA compensation provisions database.
Model bargaining proposals and financial impacts.
Support annual wage increase negotiations and implementation.
Market Pricing & Analytics
Participate in European salary surveys.
Conduct regional benchmarking analyses.
Maintain country-specific salary structures.
Regional Consultation
Serve as primary compensation advisor for EMEA HR.
Support promotions, offers, retention actions, and organizational changes.
Deliver compensation training to regional HR teams.

Qualifications- Bachelor´s degree in Human Resources or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
- 5+ years of comprehensive Human Resources experience including expertise in compensation within large multinational organizations across the EMEA region.
- Demonstrated experience working with Collective Labor Agreements and Work Councils across European countries.
- Advanced knowledge of compensation program design and administration including salary structures, market pricing and pay governance.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within team environments.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English.
